Dr. Vijay Gupta is a B.Tech graduate from IIT Delhi. He has completed his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, USA. He is the former Vice Chancellor of Lovely Professional University and has worked as a professor at IIT Kanpur, as Director of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and at G D Goenka World Institute Lancaster University. He has been awarded the honor of the Punjab Ratna.
