His previous assignments have been as Director, Strategic Planning, G.D. Goenka Group, Vice President – Sudhir Gensets Ltd. He has successfully achieved Setting up G D Goenka World Institute, Educational Tie up with Lancaster University, United Kingdom.
He is Instrumental in setting up G.D Goenka University and also tieing up with polytechnico Di Milano, Lee Curdun Blue France and Lancaster University U.K. He established G.D Goenka World School as Director Strategy Planning. He has also experience in other industries like construction, Five Star Hotels and big branded factories.

Dr. Kevin Merges is the internationally known for his work with schools and technology companies. He has presented at conferences around the United States as well as Canada, China, Jamaica, and Turkey, on the topic of communication through online environments.
He is regularly asked to speak at national and regional events of heads of school and boards on future needs and directions of education.
Mr. Vaibhav Shastri

Management graduate enriched with over two decade of working experience in business development, sales & distribution in India.
Started his career with Reliance Infocomm; Brightpoint India (a Multinational Distribution Company); Telemart Communications (All India Samsung Mobile Distribution).
He held management positions in Micromax Mobiles, Zen Mobiles & Videocon Mobiles. With his two decade-long experience in mobile handset procurement, supply-chain management, production and sales and distribution. He is also part of the Indus OS (Indian Language Operating System Company) and overseeing launch of the product globally as Sales Director & part of the management board.
He belongs to a Political family – his grandfather Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri, was the 2nd Prime Minister of India. His father Shri. Sunil Shastri is actively involved in politics for last 42 years and has been a Minister and Member of Parliament, currently, he is a senior member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) the ruling party of India
Professor Bala K. R. Balachandran

Bala K. R. Balachandran is a professor of accounting and operations management at New York University Stern School of Business. He teaches courses in management accounting, management control systems and financial accounting.
Professor Balachandran joined Stern in 1979. His primary areas of research include optimal operation of service systems, incentive contracts and mechanisms, transfer pricing determinations, conceptualization of unused capacities and their optimal utilization, warranty contracts, quality enhancement programs and reporting, activity based costing systems business measurement systems and optimal performance evaluations. Professor Balachandran has written and published more than 65 articles in leading academic journals of economics, accounting and management science.
Mr. Anand Khanna

Anand Khanna has nearly four decades of experience in Industry and Academics. He has held senior level positions in Marketing and General Management in Mekaster Group , MDS Switchgears Ltd (now Legrand ) , including one year in New York, US.
His academic experience covers teaching and research at XLRI, Jamshedpur from 1978 to 1982, and at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2004.
He has travelled to US, Middle-East, UK, Europe and Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore for business development and was a member of a select team to discuss joint ventures with leading companies in US, Germany and Italy.
Mr. Jalaj Desai
Mr. Desai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and two Masters degrees; one in Computer Science and one in Educational Leadership. He began his teaching career at Dwight Englewood where he taught Upper School math classes, advised a Financial and Consulting Club, and coached soccer and tennis.
Mr John Haller
Mr Haller has extensive experience in Global Supply Chain Management and is currently running his own consulting business with a focus on global operations and leadership development. John was a member of the United States Army and left the service with the rank of Captain.
Mr. Vikas Kumar

Vikas Kumar is from IT consulting background with extensive expertise in Project Management. A keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated success in project management and have demonstrated sound skills in providing leadership and guidance to various engagements.
Previously associated as Senior Project Manager (IT) with UnitedHealth Group Information Services Pvt Ltd for 6.5 years and with Keane India Ltd for 8.9 years.
3+ years of Onshore experience (USA) with 2+ years as Onsite Manager, 1+ year as Onsite Coordinator More than 21 years of Professional work experience in the Software industry.
